BookieSlip, Inc. ("BookieSlip", "we", "us") operates the BookieSlip web and mobile services at https://app.bookieslip.com. The full Terms of Use at https://app.bookieslip.com/terms is the canonical version. This plain-HTML page exists so carrier reviewers (A2P 10DLC) can verify the SMS-related sections without rendering JavaScript.
The Services are restricted to natural persons who are at least 21 years of age and who reside in a jurisdiction where the Services are lawful. Every signup form on https://app.bookieslip.com/signup contains an "I confirm I am 21 years of age or older" checkbox, unchecked by default. Submission is blocked client-side and server-side until this checkbox is checked. You represent and warrant that you are 21+ and not on any self-exclusion list.
By creating an Account you consent to receive transactional and operational communications from BookieSlip at the verified email address, by SMS to your verified phone number, by in-product banner, and (with operating-system consent) by push notification. These communications are essential to the operation of your Account and cannot be opted out of while your Account is open.
SMS marketing and Prime Time alerts. If you opt in to SMS, you consent to recurring text messages from BookieSlip at the verified phone number. Message frequency varies but is capped per program (Prime Time alerts: up to 1 message per day). Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@bookieslip.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full TCPA-specific disclosure for each SMS program is published in the Notifications screen alongside the opt-in toggle. Your phone number and consent timestamp are stored encrypted and retained for at least four years.
Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio acts as our SMS message-delivery processor under a written data-processing agreement.
